Had to send you this pic of Toby taken last week. I'm thrilled with how he’s going since the HB Clinic with you. (My friend) said there’s a definite improvement since the clinic. One stand out thing is his head is now much much lower.
 
I thought this pic was lovely and can't believe how the combing of the reins can have such an enormous effect. I'm really thrilled and I know he’s going better because of how you have me riding him. Thank you so much.
