On these pages I plan to show you a photo diary of Hunter’s progress, demonstrating the changes Connected Groundwork and Riding can make to a horse’s body shape and carriage.

Hunter is a bay Standardbred gelding; bought December 2005 as a 12 year old. Apparently he did race a couple of times (trotting), and then did some trekking. He has a fantastic temperament, very easy going, though deep down he is a bit of a worrier. He was shod when we bought him, but had his shoes removed in February 06 and has made the transition to barefoot with no problems. He lives out, uncovered, with 2 mares and 1 other gelding.
