Here is a little feed back since visiting your stand. I am so much more aware of my position and concentrating on having a balanced seat since experiencing the true balance saddle stand. My horse responds so much better and I am now able to use quieter aides he requires. My instructor has noticed a big difference my legs stay in the right position. We have even won a prelim dressage test since seeing you. My lower back feels much stronger even off the horse in daily tasks.
Very enlightening, and fantastic for my posture. Thank you. Lucy Marshall.
In just a couple of minutes and with very little changes you can get your whole riding to a new level. Thank you very much! Peggy Lang.
5 mins having body / seat correctly positioned was very enlightening and revealing. If I can remember for future reference should be most helpful – thank you. Jo Reid.
A definite change and felt much deeper and more solid in the saddle – brilliant! Deb Haley.
Thank you. That will help me out a lot and it will help me with my canter and sit. Jade McLean.
Brilliant! Puts it into clear understandable language. What a great help! Allie Black.
Excellent. My position felt simpler and relaxed and more normal not like before. It was so much effort, this isn’t. thank you for this.
Very interesting and helpful. Very easy exercises to correct my balance. Thank you very much. Melissa Brider.
I felt the difference once my position was evenly balanced. Thank you. Sue Gaisford.

That was so cool!! Chelsea Sinnamon.
Very interesting, will try to put it into practice. Thanks.
I felt such freedom through breath and release of tight areas in my back and neck – enabling me to ‘float’. THANK YOU. Judi.
Thanks Peggy, a huge help to my posture. Simon Rougham.
Peggy, you are a legend, life changer. Cheers, Greg Evans.
Invaluable advice for me and the horse. New position, no pain in back, YA! Maree Allison.
Really great rebalancing. Good exercises I can do at home, simple. Felt straight and lighter in saddle. Felt I wasn’t holding, just there. Ta, Louise Owen.
Really great, have had a hard time after hospitalisation to find a good seat as I have a bladder bag and find balance an issue. Thanks for the tips it felt a lot better. Thanks, Christina Poppe.
Thanks that was great, very easy to get where you are coming from, well worth it. Ta.
A centred peacefulness. A big relief of tension. Penny Gifford.
A pleasure to not feel this pain on sitting – gives a lot of hope to ride again for longer stints.
With simple adjustment to hip it made huge difference to my balance. Thank you so much!
In a matter of a few minutes changed my balance and softness overcame me. Jenny Smith.
Thanks a lot! It’s much better to feel what it’s supposed to feel like, than just to be told.
Thank you. It makes me understand it easier along with making me feel better.
That was great, can’t wait to try it on my horse.
Thank you so much, I thought it was my weight but now I know I can have a good seat.
Hi that was amazing – Sam my horse will love me for having benefited from your time and energy. Thank you, Izzy Baxter.
This has been a revelation; I will be contacting you after I share this with my horse and will post you his comments. Thank you very much and a pleasure to have met you at last.
Wow that was a very worthwhile and interesting exercise. Thanks a bunch!
Thank you! I think you’ve just changed my world! Definitely something to experience.
Many thanks, it really released my back and hips and took away a lot of pain, many thanks. Denise.
Thank you so much from Debbie and her horse!! Debbie Charlesworth.
I have always known that something sometimes doesn’t feel right ie I feel unbalanced, but have not been able to identify what it was or how to fix it. After spending a brief session with Peggy, she quickly showed me how I was tensing and as such becoming unbalanced. She showed me a few exercises to check myself and how to correct it. The result was that I felt as if I was sitting lighter and squarer and as such was able to achieve a more independent leg movement. Thanks Peggy. Vanessa Were.
To so easily change such simple small things to improve balance, stability and safety in the saddle. It makes so much sense why riders who have done Connected Riding sit as part of the horse, not on top of. Can’t wait to try it out riding! Thanks so much Peggy. Jacqui Dawson.
It was good to feel the difference, hopefully you have given me the tools to fix my bad habits. Thanks, Phil.
I didn’t believe it would work but now I want more lessons. Thanks Peggy. Maddison Fox.
Wow, thank you Peggy, I am going to have to practice this. Looking forward to being softer on my horse and not bracing on him. Linda Witherland.
That’s an amazing change. Thank you very much, looking forward to no back pains.
Amazing how much more stable and in the seat you feel. The best example I’ve come across of a neutral pelvis!
An eye opener to what causes my tensions and balance issues. This has given me a lot to work on at home. Thanks! Vanessa Wright.
Wow, good to be able to get the right feel of straightness in your trunk and be connected all the way down.
Most balanced feel in the saddle ever. Thank you.
Amazing. Just a whole different feel. I now know where my centre is. Look forward to putting it all into practice on the real horse. My riding position is to be changed forever. Thanks heaps.
Brilliant, I feel better, I can’t wait for my horse to feel it too.
I hope that I can reproduce the feeling of stability at home in the saddle. Lots to think about, looking forward to reading the books. Thanks.
I now make sure I use the relaxation of the forearm technique you showed me while at Equitana and have become more aware of not hanging on the rein so firmly. Horse seems to be happier and my arms not so tense.
Was great meeting you at Equitana. I have to admit it’s been a little hard to replicate the ‘feel’ at home riding a real horse! Though I have been more conscious of my position and I think while I’m not 100% there I’m definitely better than I was!
Thank you for doing connected riding with me. I tried it when I was on my pony and it really worked, My mum said I was sitting better and it really helped me with my canter.
